Paddle Sensor Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Paddle Sensor account and the data linked to it.

Deleting in the app

1. Sign in to your account in the Paddle Sensor app.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Tap Permanently Delete My Account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Use the link below to send a deletion request from the email address you use for your Paddle Sensor account. Once we have verified that the account is yours, we will complete your request within 30 days at the latest.

Data that is deleted

• Authentication account
• Profile and contact details
• Training history, routes and performance measurements
• Uploaded sensor telemetry recordings
• Club membership links

Unless we are legally required to keep it, the data linked to the account is permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
